Our office handles personal and financial information every day, and we treat it as confidential. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request an appointment, reserve an apartment or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
- The service or apartment you are asking about, and the dates you request
- A short description of your matter, and any deadline you tell us about
- Documents you choose to share with us for your file
We collect this only to answer you, prepare your matter and keep the required records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our office except where a procedure requires it — and then only with your knowledge.
Your documents
Documents you provide are stored securely and access is limited to the people working on your matter. Uploaded documents are never publicly visible. We keep files only as long as the matter and the applicable record-keeping rules require, and we remove them after that period.
Please do not send sensitive documents over WhatsApp unless we have agreed to it first. WhatsApp is convenient for questions and appointments; for identity documents, assessments and decision letters we will tell you the safest way to send them.
Cookies & this website
This website uses only what it needs to function and to understand basic, anonymous visit statistics. It does not use advertising trackers or build profiles of visitors. Map tiles and weather information are loaded from third-party services when you view those parts of the page.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at cumanavacationparadise@gmail.com or speak to us at the office.

Scope of our services
Consultancy & Recruitment Services VBA (Cumana Vacation Paradise) is an administration, accounting, consultancy and document-preparation office. We work within the scope our office is authorized to provide.
- We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal representation.
- We do not prepare or file initial permit applications with DIMAS. Our DIMAS-related work is limited to objections, appeals, petitions, letters, naturalization matters and the organization of files.
- We cannot guarantee the outcome of any objection, appeal, petition, visa or other procedure. Those decisions belong to the competent authority, court, embassy or consulate.
- Additional charges may apply where a matter requires more work than agreed, and original documents may be required.
Appointments
- Appointments last up to one hour and are booked one client per slot, in Aruba local time.
- Regular appointments are Monday 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00, and Tuesday to Thursday 9:00–12:00. Friday to Sunday is by special arrangement only.
- Sending an appointment request does not mean our office has accepted responsibility for your deadline. The matter is only accepted after receiving written confirmation from our office.
- Your appointment stays pending until we confirm it in writing. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
- By sending a request you confirm your information is correct and you authorize us to contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your matter.
Apartment reservations
- Cumana Vacation Paradise apartments are reserved directly with the family that owns them. A reservation request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm the dates and the price with you.
- Rates shown on the website are indicative. The final price, any cleaning fee, deposit and the applicable government tax and levy are confirmed with your reservation.
- Check-in, check-out, minimum stay, deposit and cancellation conditions are confirmed at the time of booking.
- The pool, grill and courtyard are shared by the apartments and are used at your own risk. The pool is not supervised.
Payments
Payment is arranged directly with the office. Where a payment is not refundable we will tell you clearly before you pay, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
