Yes. The office sees one client at a time, so every visit is an appointment of up to one hour. Book online, or call or WhatsApp us and we book it for you.
A valid passport or ID, and any letters, decisions or forms you already received about your matter. When you book, the exact list for your matter appears on the page and in your confirmation email. See also the required documents.
Your request is pending until the office confirms it in writing by email. You will also receive a reminder the day before.
No. The office does not prepare or submit initial permit applications with DIMAS. We do prepare objection letters, appeals, petitions, reconsideration requests and other administrative documents, within the scope our office is authorized to provide.
No one can. Decisions on objections, appeals, visas and permits belong to the authority, court, embassy or consulate. We prepare your file carefully and file it properly — the decision is theirs.
